Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and process payments.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall tidiness of the store, including aisles and checkout areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Assist with the setup of promotional materials and seasonal displays.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is highly advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and physically fit to handle light lifting and prolonged standing.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
