Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and properly priced at all times.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing friendly and helpful service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during checkout.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including the backroom.
- Handle product returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; a diploma in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a store clerk, cashier, or in retail is highly advantageous.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes up to 15kg.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
