Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, assistance, and issue resolution
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management procedures including register balancing and daily deposits
- Assist with inventory control through stock rotation and cycle counting
- Support store operations by coordinating with team members during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 20kg
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends
