Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain the storeroom to ensure easy accessibility, optimal space utilization, and neatness.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and stock counts, reporting any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
  • Prepare, update, and process necessary documentation for stock movement, returns, and transfers.
  • Assist in packing, labeling, and arranging items on shelves or display areas when required.
  • Ensure the warehouse and storage areas strictly comply with company safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and administration teams to fulfill stock requests promptly and efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Store Clerk, Stock Controller, or in a similar administrative/retail role is an advantage.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using inventory software or standard computer applications.
  • Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move boxes or merchandise as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts, during weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
