Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide exceptional service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management tasks
- Follow established procedures for handling cash, checks, and electronic payments
- Participate in regular store maintenance and merchandising activities
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to store management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical abilities for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
