Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent service
- Manage and organize store inventory, ensuring proper stock levels
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean and orderly store appearance and displays
- Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming merchandise
- Monitor and report any issues with products or equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
