Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, unload, and accurately organize incoming stock deliveries in the storeroom.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock records in the company's system.
  • Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
  • Assist in labeling, pricing, and shelving products accurately and efficiently.
  • Process returns and manage defective or expired items according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the store team to fulfill customer requests and locate specific items.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on stock levels and inventory discrepancies for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proven experience as a store clerk, stock assistant, or in a similar retail/administrative role is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes of stock.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in the retail sector.
