Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and merchandise.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and properly labeled with accurate pricing.
- Assist customers with inquiries, locating products, and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, aisles, and stockroom.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the checkout counter when needed.
- Adhere to all store safety and security procedures.
- Assist with promotional displays and store rearrangement as directed by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, supermarket, or inventory management is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Strong basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the store.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jelapang, Ipoh.
