Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unload, and accurately inspect incoming shipments and daily deliveries.
- Organize and store merchandise systematically in the designated storage and staging areas.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and audits.
- Prepare and process documentation related to stock transfers, discrepancies, and daily store operations.
- Ensure the storeroom and backroom areas are kept clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in the processing, recording, and returning of damaged or expired goods according to company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and store management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained on the sales floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience as a store clerk, inventory clerk, or in a similar retail support role is highly advantageous.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy boxes of merchandise.
- Excellent teamwork, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts, during weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
