Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all products are neatly arranged and shelves are fully stocked according to planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low-stock items to supervisors.
- Check product expiry dates regularly to ensure all items on the sales floor meet quality standards.
- Assist customers with product location inquiries and provide helpful, friendly service.
- Perform price tagging and ensure all merchandise displays have current and accurate pricing.
- Assist in the unloading and organizing of incoming goods deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shopping environment in assigned aisles.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle product movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory counting and price verification.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn retail operational workflows.
