Econsave, a leading retail chain in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at the Klebang branch in Perak. As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, handling cash transactions, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and organized. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between RM 1,700 and RM 2,000 per month. - Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed with correct pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and tagging new shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
- Adhere to store policies and safety procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
