Econsave, a leading retail chain in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of our store, ensuring every customer receives prompt and friendly service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked shopping environment. You will play a key role in daily operations, from processing transactions at the cash register to replenishing shelves and assisting with inventory tasks. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM 1,700 to RM 2,000 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, arrange product displays, and ensure pricing labels are correct and prominent.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor, aisles, and back areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and reporting damages.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is preferred.
- Numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on a rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, self-disciplined, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and follow store policies and safety guidelines.
