Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases while maintaining excellent service standards
- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and accurate record-keeping
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process transactions and payments
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management procedures including cash drawer balancing and deposits
- Receive, unpack, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company guidelines
- Support loss prevention measures by monitoring store security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical skills and cash handling accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Reliable with flexible availability including weekends and holidays
