Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment and rotation
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting merchandise
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
