Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their printing, scanning, and digital imaging needs
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including printers, scanners, and photo editing software
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas and workstations
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking supplies
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
