Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for talent management and operational excellence? SM Retail, the Philippines' leading retail conglomerate, is looking for a dedicated Store Consignor Supervisor to join our team at SM Novaliches.
In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our consignor operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Store Consignor Demos, ensuring that our floors are always adequately staffed with high-quality talent that aligns with the SM standard of service. Your ability to manage plantilla requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain strict compliance will be key to driving our store's success.
We are looking for a natural leader who is organized, results-oriented, and capable of fostering strong partnerships with our consignor brands to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end screening, interviewing, and endorsement process for Store Consignor Demo applicants.
- Ensure 100% compliance with required manning levels based on the store's approved plantilla.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and attendance of consignor personnel within the store premises.
- Act as the primary point of contact between store management and consignor brands regarding staffing issues.
- Maintain and update accurate records of consignor manpower data and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all consigned staff follow store protocols, grooming standards, and service policies.
- Prepare and submit timely reports regarding staffing status and operational compliance to the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, HR recruitment, or store supervision.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet strict hiring deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site at SM Novaliches.
