Are you a dynamic retail professional with a passion for operational excellence? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Store Coordinator to join our team, serving the Central Luzon region. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee store operations, maintain brand standards, and drive sales growth across multiple provinces, including Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac, and Pampanga.
As a Store Coordinator, you will act as the vital link between head office objectives and frontline store execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that our retail locations remain high-performing, customer-focused, and operationally efficient. If you possess a keen eye for detail, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to travel across Central Luzon to support various store sites, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising updates across assigned locations.
- Drive sales performance by coaching store staff and implementing regional promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular site visits to Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac, and Pampanga to audit store performance.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer complaints efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports, sales analytics, and feedback to the regional management team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within all retail environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, operations, or area coordination.
- Strong mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Central Luzon (Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and retail management software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
