Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Assist in the planning and execution of visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
- Monitor daily sales targets and report performance metrics to the store management.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records at the point of sale.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated sales-driven mindset and a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
