Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and promotions are set up correctly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and capable of lifting moderate weight (up to 10 kg).
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed and reside in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.
