Tanggung Jawab
- Greet children and parents warmly, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure the playground area is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor play areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Assist in managing entry/exit logs and ticketing processes at the front desk.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Encourage interactive play and lead simple organized activities for children.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the store manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or childcare/education settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Must be highly reliable, punctual, and flexible with mall operational hours.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
