Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right sports gear and apparel based on their specific needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products and promote current store promotions and events to maximize sales.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are well-arranged and up-to-date.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
