Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Execute daily store operations including sales transactions, inventory checks, and stock replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness for optimal shopping environment
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and electronic payments accurately
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies on safety, security, and loss prevention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA for Staff positions, D3 for Senior Staff roles
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail systems
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team collaboration skills
