Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Implement loss prevention protocols and store safety procedures
- Participate in seasonal promotions and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum High School (SMA) for Staff; D3 degree preferred for Senior Staff
- Experience: 0-2 years in retail/customer service for Staff; 2+ years for Senior Staff
- Skills: Basic POS operation, inventory management, and cash handling
- Attributes: Friendly demeanor, physical stamina, and attention to detail
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia fluency; basic English beneficial
- Availability: Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Compliance: Willingness to complete company training programs
