Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge recommendations and efficient checkout processes
- Maintain store visual standards including shelf organization, promotional displays, and cleanliness
- Execute inventory management procedures including stock receiving, rotation, and replenishment
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash, card, and mobile transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales conversion
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers professionally
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended standing, lifting (up to 20kg), and store operations
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving abilities
