Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, process transactions accurately, and handle various payment methods
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing merchandise deliveries according to established procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kilograms
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and willingness to learn POS systems
