Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and display maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays
- Assist with store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and inventory audits
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and loss prevention standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting merchandise (up to 15kg)
- Proficiency with digital devices and willingness to learn retail software systems
