Tanggung Jawab

- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Process returns and exchanges while resolving customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
