Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers in selecting eyewear products
- Manage store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Conduct basic eye measurements and assist customers with frame selection
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products and optical industry is advantageous
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good physical health to handle standing for extended periods
