- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare and serve bakery products, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing displays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and food hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or any relevant college degree.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physically fit and willing to perform standing and walking duties for extended periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for handling transactions.
