Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store premises, including floors, display areas, and restrooms.
- Support the store management team in achieving monthly sales volume targets through operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory placement and store layout to ensure products are effectively showcased.
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of merchandise deliveries.
- Execute daily housekeeping checklists to maintain health, safety, and brand aesthetic standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or facility repairs needed to store management immediately.
- Assist in basic store administrative tasks as required by the leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in retail housekeeping, custodial services, or store maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning equipment and move merchandise displays as needed.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving maintenance issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per store requirements.
