Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of store development budgets and financial reports.
- Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and invoices for store setup and renovation projects.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Liaise effectively with Japanese headquarters and local suppliers to ensure clear communication.
- Conduct site feasibility studies and provide support in site selection for new store locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including construction and design, to monitor project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Japanese (Native or Business Proficiency) and English is essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store development, project administration, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
