Join our dynamic retail team as a Store Fashion Supervisor at Sinar Jernih Suksesindo, where you'll lead daily operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Enforce SOP compliance for customer service, sales processes, and safety protocols
- Train and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and brand standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and promotional displays
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive brand perception
- Prepare operational reports for regional management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in retail supervision or fashion management role
- Proven experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Knowledge of retail SOPs and customer service best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in retail management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
