We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Head to lead our branch in San Fernando, Pampanga. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and achieve overall store targets.
- Manage the store's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, diligently controlling operational expenses and maximizing revenue.
- Provide strong leadership to the store team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Oversee inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
- Implement effective visual merchandising and promotional strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years as a Store Head or Assistant Store Manager in a similar retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, and financial analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing to be assigned and/or reside in San Fernando, Pampanga. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
