Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Advanced analytical skills for sales data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
