- Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe workflow.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize shrinkage.
- Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in telecommunications or electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
