Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze purchasing trends and customer behavior data to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve performance targets and service standards
- Optimize inventory management and merchandising strategies to maximize profitability
- Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines
- Foster customer relationships through exceptional service and community engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and customer data
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
