- Drive sales achievement through team leadership and strategic execution of sales plans
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and optimize replenishment processes
- Train, coach, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery through staff modeling and process oversight
- Implement visual merchandising plans to maximize product presentation and appeal
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Manage store budget, expenses, and operational costs within approved parameters

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and visual display techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
