- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow and high standards of store hygiene.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving monthly targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints effectively and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach others.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
