Your responsibilities will span across all critical areas of retail management. You will be tasked with implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock, and overall store operations. You will ensure the store complies with company standards while maximizing sales and profitability. Additionally, you will play a vital role in financial management and inventory control, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to drive the store's growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, and operations to ensure the store meets all company standards.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Oversee daily financial management, including cash handling, budget control, and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Manage stock levels effectively by conducting regular checks and preventing shortages or overstocking.
- Execute and monitor promotional activities to drive store traffic and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular training sessions and development programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that reflects the Erjaya brand image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy in reporting and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
