Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product promotions
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems
