Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee accurate inventory management, including stock replenishments, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and administrative reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably in a premium or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs and financial targets.
- Strong background in inventory control systems and retail operations management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as per mall operating hours.
