Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate stockroom organization.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
