Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute store-wide sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain accuracy, and shrinkage control to optimize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train store staff to enhance service quality and foster a culture of high performance.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, including labor costs and store maintenance budgets.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and implement actionable improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the FMCG or supermarket sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business operations.
