As a key leader, you will drive store performance by implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. - Implement and monitor SOP compliance for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and daily operations
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer service standards
- Manage inventory control, visual merchandising, and store layout optimization
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to drive business growth strategies
- Ensure financial discipline through budget management and cost control measures
- Coordinate with regional management to align store activities with company objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Expert knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in retail management systems and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
