- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise on shelves to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock items to prevent shortages.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas at all times.
- Support the store manager with administrative tasks, such as price checks and inventory reports.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
