Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory of surgical instruments, sterile sets, implants, and medical supplies
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory documentation systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records
- Coordinate supply procurement and replenishment activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and sterilization protocols
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure supply availability
- Maintain organized storage systems for medical supplies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing procedures
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment
- Certification in Medical Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
