- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly operational reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Knowledge of retail best practices, stock control, and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
