Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and expiry tracking
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and health safety standards
- Lead and motivate pharmacy staff through effective scheduling and performance coaching
- Manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and promote healthcare products
- Implement visual merchandising and sales strategies to drive pharmacy performance
- Process prescriptions accurately and maintain confidential patient records
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize procurement and cost control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field
- Valid pharmacist registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, dispensing procedures, and inventory systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., PharmacyOS, MedDispense)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
