Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Train and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service standards
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
