Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Support the team in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising layouts.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-floor guidance to ensure consistent customer service quality.
- Assist in the implementation of sales programs to hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure store cleanliness, security, and organized product displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide administrative support to the store management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving sales KPIs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by mall operations.
